Description
Right now we have org contacts and individual contacts affiliated to the org by relationships (individual org members).
We need a way to distinguish who is the primary org contact. Here is an example of a practical problem we are having:
"We have a communication that should only go out to organization primary contacts (not to all org members). They select one in the proposal process but it is not reflected anywhere in cvcrm."--AS 3/13/06

Any update on this? Would be a very useful feature for many organizations. Is this still in the works? Do we really need to look towards 3.0 for this, as the Fix Version indicates?
not on the roadmap for 2.3. If important, consider making a contribution and/or getting a client to sponsor the work

Issues identified have been addressed by way of bug fixes, features/improvments or are no longer relevant.
If the feeling is that this functionality has been achieved through other methods, could someone perhaps provide an explanatory link - I think this feature would still be helpful, but if I understood how to achieve this some other way I'd happily do it.
I want to re-tract this feature request. We'll deal with it internally through groups, etc.
