Migrated activities with no case assigned not displayed

      Description

      we discovered that (some?) activities that were not assigned to cases in previous version (2.x) database are not displayed in new database after the migration. the activities are in the civicrm_activities table but they are not visible in any contacts that were clients, assigned to or reported by.
