New version alert on Admin Console doesn't account for dual release (3.4 / 4.0)

            Description

            Currently, when running the latest version of the 3.4.x branch - if you go to civicrm/admin url, you'll see the message below:

            "A newer version of CiviCRM is available: 4.0.1 (this site is currently running 3.4.1). Read about the new version on our website and download it here. "

            However, this message should NOT be displayed in this case because 3.4.1 IS the latest version on this branch.
