create mailing has a "click trail": select recipients - track and respond - mailing content which can be clicked

it would be great if the steps while create a mailing could be clicked as well:
select recipients - track and respond - mailing content - test - schedule or send

it is very tedious e.g. to enter a track and respond setting, test, correct the setting, and test again.
