Primary location for I/H/O

The Link :
http://192.168.2.9/drupal/civicrm/contact/addI?c_type=Individual&reset=1
(same is case for add household and add organization)
The steps :
1. Enter First Name and Last Name
2. uncheck the check box for making location primary ("make this location primary")
3. hit "Save"

Current Behaviour :
No error get flagged and page forwarded to View/Contact

Expected behavoiur :
Must flag error that one of the location shld be set as primary

(NOTE: Error will get flagged if i put any information for the location like phone no, city
If i put only values from Phone type and IMProvider dropdown then no error get flagged)
