Offline receipt is missing contact information

The offline-receipt that is sent when editing a participants details and checking the checkbox "Automatically email a confirmation and receipt to ...?" is missing the template variable $contact.

This is really problematic since a receipt needs fields like the billing address (addressee, ...)
