Shares address with is not respected in self-service areas for anonymous users

To reproduce this issue:

1) Make sure there is a person, eg John Doe, who has an existing contact record in the system with a "shares address with" set to their household address.

2) While NOT logged in to the site, they register for an event (or make a donation) which includes a profile asking for their home address. They fill in a new address.

Result:

Go into the staff area and look at John Doe's contact summary screen. It shows the newly changed address, with the label of "shares address with". However, if you click the link to look at the household contact, it still shows the original address.

This is not an issue if the person is logged in to site.

I reproduced this in the sandbox. Check the home address for http://drupal.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/contact/view?reset=1&cid=102
