Add/Exclude Groups Search feature doesn't work with Smart Groups

I have two smart Groups:

1. All contacts
2. All contacts where street address IS NULL

I attempted to use the Include / Exclude Contacts in a Group / Tag search at <site>civicrm/contact/search/custom?csid=4&reset=1

And include group #1, and exclude group #2. I got an error.
