Do not email, email on hold, and do not phone flags should be displayed on search results contact listings

Currently when looking at default contact search results columns, you can immediately see the contacts' email address and phone number but there is no indication that the contact may have a privacy or hold flag set. This modification adds the do-not-email, do-not-phone, and email-hold classes as well as span titles to the search results rows.
