CiviCRM db has MyISAM temp tables

Drupal (6.20) has MyISAM DB, CiviCRM (3.40) has InnoDB. A few rows of CiviCRM have temp rows that are MyISAM.

Here is a sample row and what is at the bottom in PHPmyadmin:

At the bottom of the PHPmyAdmin list of tables it also says this:
