Views Add ability to decide which location type (address, email and phone) or primary record is displayed.

Using the technique in CRM-7766 expose forms to allow the admin to decide which location records are exposed in the field displayed in a view based on location type or being the primary record. Note this is not a filter, in other words one could use the form(s) exposed in the field handler here to tell the view to only display the e-mail record if it is the primary e-mail regardless of the criteria displayed in the filter.
