            Description

            Implementation :

            Add a link "add profile" next to the bottom profiles for both primary as well as the additional participants.
            The newly added profiles should be shown on the Register, Confirmation, Thank you pages and the email receipts.

            Allow administrator to configure an unlimited number of profiles for inclusion in Event Registration form.
