GiftAid doesn't allow entering same declarations for multiple charities

1. The module doesn't allow entering same declaration with different charities. Throws following error-

Please correct the following errors in the form fields below:

• This declaration overlaps with the one from 17-05-2011 to 17-05-2012
• This declaration overlaps with the one from 05/17/2011 to 05/17/2012

2. Contributions aren't considered valid even if declaration for same contact exists.

3. The creation / update of a contribution will not have any direct link with the Gift Aid declaration.
