CiviReport PDF's should set orientation to 'landscape' by default

            Description

            The changes to allow configurability for PDF letters resulted in losing the previous "default" orientation of Landscape for PDF output of CiviReport reports. Since reports are generally best printed in landscape, we should restore that "automatic" default behavior.

            NOTE: As a workaround, you can also "force" your reports to print in Landscape by creating a Default PDF Page Format with 'landscape' orientation.
