cannot display details for some events and cannot add participants

            Description

            some of the old events information pages display:
            "Sorry. A non-recoverable error has occurred. The page you requested is currently unavailable."
            like civicrm/event/info?id=36 and others.

            those events do not display in drop-down list when trying to add participants to them.

            i htink it is related to data migration.
