DB error on Participant listing report

Participant Listing Report with custom data for Participants throws a DB error

Steps to replicate :
Create a custom data for Participants.
On Participant listing Report, keep the checkbox for custom data unchecked in the display columns section
Set the filter for custom data to : 'Is not empty (Null)'

Hitting Preview Report shows the error as : Unknown column in 'where clause'
