Rename "Access all custom data" to "show custom fields in profiles"

Hi,

I find this permission confusing: when I'm adding a custom field in a profile and I set it to "public" I do expect it to be public, no matter that permission.

Moreover, the "all" emphasise the wrong part and sounds scary. I will never want to grant anonymous Access to "all" my custom data!

As kurund explained, it only grant access to the custom data that are exposed in a profile. A long way to "all" custom data being accessible.

So I would suggest to rename it to something that is closer to what it really does "show custom fields in profiles". Still not that convinced this permission is useful, but at least that will be clearer that you need to put it.
