Description
When sending an email through core CiviCRM, it is possible to include complex Smarty template markup in the message body, as long as CIVICRM_MAIL_SMARTY is defined as "1" in civicrm.settings.php. However, it is not currently possible to use this kind of markup in the Subject line.
It would be useful to have Smarty functionality in the subject line.
