            Description

            Hi,

            With the new feature of being able to have several urls+type, it makes the special case openid redondant.

            Replace all the fields and UI options to disable it and create a new OPenid type of URL.

            Cleaning is never fun, but probably worthwhile to simplify the UI and code base, one of these days...
