Description
In order for civi to send schedule reminders the table civicrm_action_log needs to be created by the upgrade script.
Tested that in version 3.4.3 and 3.4.4 that this table is created.
Creating the table by hand meand that the cron.actions.php script can be run and reminder schedules are indeed sent on the cron run.
