I don't know the reson for this but there where two wrong values in the database after a fresh install
civicrm_option_value ->
imageUploadURL
value -> http://example.sites/default/files/civicrm/persist/contribute/
instead of http://example.com/sites/default/files/civicrm/persist/contribute/
civicrm_option_value ->
CiviCRM Resourcen-URL
value -> http://example.sites/all/modules/civicrm
instead of http://example.com/sites/all/modules/civicrm
