Export Contacts: PRIMARY fields - location_type column is empty

PRIMARY fields contact export includes a column for the 'Location Type' of the primary address which is being exported, but that column is not populated with values. Column should contain location_type.name value associated with the is_primary address - e.g. 'Home', 'Work', etc.
