bug in action dropdown for search

            Description

            1. Basic search
            http://192.168.2.8/drupal/civicrm/contact/search?reset=1

            • then click search. you will get n result
            • then click on all n records
            • then click on Go button next to action dropdown

            current behaviour:

            • it goes to print action and displays all the contact for printing

            expected behaviour:

            • it should popup "Please select a action from dropdown".
