Disable header column sorting if order by clause is disabled.

When you disable "Include Order By Clause", on contact search selector column headers should not clickable

Contacts are not sorted alphabetically when I click the column header for name in advanced search results. This bug has been identified by additional members of our organization, possibly in different contexts/views.
