drush civicrm-install issue

I upgraded to drush-7.x-4.4. I copied http://svn.civicrm.org/civicrm/trunk/drupal/drush/civicrm.drush.inc to /Users/josephmurray/.drush/civicrm.drush.inc. I ran
drush civicrm-install
with appropriate options (note that --dbhost=localhost is required not optional as the documentation says). CiviCRM appeared in the module list, and there were all of the appropriate civicrm permissions under People admin. However, there was no CiviCRM menu entry, and going to mysite/civicrm and other civicrm urls yielded Page not found Drupal errors. Rerunning the install manually worked.
