Profile Type (group_type) display is broken for profiles which include Activity::$activityType values

            Description

            Regression bug (pretty sure this was working in 3.4.2 or 3.4.3) ...

            Create a Profile with custom fields used for = Activities : Survey.
            The Profile selector 'Type' column does not show the Activity Type, but just shows:

            'Activity::'

            The value in uf_group.group_type looks correct, just the display is wrong:
