There is no localization in the default 'Actvities' dashlet

Reproduce : In french, connect to Civicrm with a user, add the 'Activities' dashlet to your dashboard, and you'll see, it's in english while the french translation is provided (in the latest po files on transiflex). The default 'Activities' dashlet, when added to your home dashboard, doesn't provide any localization solution, it stays in English. Since it's one of the first element a user encounter, I think it's a critical bug.

Maybe the file : packages/jquery/plugins/jquery.dashboard.js should provide those translation possibilities.
