The States field will be having all World States even though Country is selected by default in Profile

            Description

            Patch for V3.3.2 ( CRM/Event/Form/Registration/AdditionalParticipant.php )

            Issue : If a custom profile is added to an event having Country and State as fields. While multiple event registration , for first participant states respective to the default country are displayed, but for the other remaining participants all world states irrespactive to the default country are displayed.

            Note : If and only default country is selected in Localization (Civicrm)

            Apply patch in " CRM/Event/Form/Registration/AdditionalParticipant.php " file
