            Description

            The following patch should not break backward compatibility.

            It allows calling scripts to pass their own additional command line arguments, allowing UpdateAddress.php, for example, to use cli.php.

            It also removes what appears to be an unnecessary check for a defined CIVICRM_CONFDIR constant.
