                Sorry, it turns out this is just a problem on our local copy of CiviCRM. There are actually several CiviCRM pages that are not displaying any content, only the title of the page and the CiviCRM footer. When I do a fresh install of Drupal 7.7 and CiviCRM 4.0.5 it seems to work fine. So I'm currently working on figuring out why this is happening on our install.

                Micah - check for custom templates directory, also make sure you've deleted your templates_c directory tree (template cache).

                Thank you David! It was the templates_c directory. I'll make sure to remember that next time anything like this happens again!
