Implement ORDER BY feature for reports used by NYSS

Implement the new Order Columns By interface for the following reports:

• Constituent Detail (order by affects Contact level rows only, same options as Constituent Summary)

• Activity Report (I think Order By columns REPLACE the currently offered Group By ?? please advise)

• Activity Summary (I think Order By columns REPLACE the currently offered Group By ?? please advise. Need to retain Activity Date Grouping - e.g. by Month)

• Mail Bounce Report (order by options = Last+First, Email, Bounce Type, Bounce Reason)

• Mail Open Report (order by options = Last+First, Email)

• Mail ClickThrough Report (order by options = Last+First, Email, Clickthru URL)
