Description
In some cases, the separator line between menu labels isn't displayed. For example, when "separator" option it's selected for a menu option as "New organization" (Perhaps because it has children?) in order to add a separator line with "New Actvity" label.
Tested on Drupal 7&CiviCRM 4.05 and reproduce on demo site.
