"Money" custom fields are not properly formatted

The value of custom fields of type "Money" is not formatted when displayed on screen.

e.g. 100000 should be displayed: 100,000

and this should respect the Localization settings.

Note that I did not include the currency (i.e. crmMoney) because I don't think that custom money fields have multiple currency support.
