walklist and phonelist depend on older schema

Sites which have the secondary_language field in demographics instead of primary_language and which have constituent_info field in civicrm_value_constituent_info instead of civicrm_value_core_info will get errors when running the walklist and calllist that ship with civicrm_engage.

The attached patch dynamically chooses the right field/table rather than hard-coding it.
