Survey Report doesn't work for searching Petition activities

      Description

      when using Survey Report to search Petition activities, and I've created my profile for petition activities to record responses, and I want to search responses to a particular question (created in the custom activity data set), the survey report looks for Respondent Status 'is equal to' Reserved or Interviewed. But Petitions doesn't do anything with Respondent Status - that is particular to surveys only. When I look at the criteria that Survey Report is using, it says it's looking for the particular response I searching AND Respondent Status 'is equal to' Reserved.

      What it should do is something like: Respondent Status 'is equal to' "-select' so that the search doesn't rely on any respondent status for Petitions.

      Also, if you don't enter any criteria, but want to display the responses to all the Petition custom activity fields (in this case the responses to petitions), the Survey Report does not return the Target contact's name or activity, but rather the creator or source contact who created the activity.
