After Copying Profile, Cannot Edit and Save Original Profile

            Description

            How to recreate:
            copy the "name and address profile"
            edit that copy, rename it, add some fields
            Edit the "name and address" profile (the original) and then try to save it
            CiviCRM will not save it and returns and error "a profile with that name already exists in the database".
            If you change the title of the profile i can save it no problem.

            Checked the table in the DB, and lo-and-behold, there are 5 profiles with the "name"= "name_and_address" all have different titles, and ids
