Allow editing activity statuses inline on Manage Case

While it somewhat goes against the philosophy of CiviCase to change the record without recording some details about the change, as long as a revision of the activity is recorded it would still be compliant with record keeping requirements. And the feature doesn't prevent editing the activity normally.
