The book got new urls, screwing up things

            Sorry. A non-recoverable error has occurred.
            The default mailbox has not been configured. You will find more info in our book

            It seems to point to an old chapter. In general, I'm all for using the book as a main source of documentation, but it seems that the urls get screwed up at every update. Should we move and host the book on book.civicrm.org (where we can control the urls and so on) instead than flossmanuals?

            Anyway, please fix the url in the error message, or the url in the book so they match.
