Deleted contacts shouldn't be listed as possible matches

When creating a new contact, there is an ajax box that pops up "onblur" for the contact last name field. It lists people with similar last names, including deleted contacts!

Although I can imagine there are some use-cases where this might be desirable, I think in general contacts in the trash should stay in the trash, and not come back to haunt you. Especially since dedupe merge no longer permanently deletes people but only trashes them.
