            Description

            Here is a patch to fix the following in Repeat Donation Report:

            • Add ability to limit report by contribution type (that was my main beef: a report calling itself a donor report, that included event fees, tuition payments, etc. is pretty useless)
            • Fix Title of Status Field
            • Fix "IN" vs "NOT IN" status_id clause
            • Sort by contact sort_name when grouped by contact
            • Remove a couple hundred trailing spaces
