            Description

            See http://forum.civicrm.org/index.php?topic=19415.0 - reported there against 3.2.3, we encountered it on 3.4.5 .

            "PHP Fatal error: Class 'CRM_Core_BAO_Setting' not found in .../sites/all/modules/civicrm/CRM/Admin/Form/Setting/Smtp.php on line 171"

            Patch attached against 3.4.5 .
