Insert token for replacement and setting of default value is broken for tinyMCE wysiwyg editor

Set default wysiwyg editor to tinymce
Go to send email screen

• first if you have signature, it is not set, html area is blank
• insert token widget does not work. ( tokens are not inserted in html area )
• if you have message templates, if you select value is not set for html area, plain text value is set correctly
