Description
The Survey Report could be great improved by adding a search criteria for the Survey Responses Results Options which is a required field when creating a survey. The survey report will display the custom profile with the custom field set of questions and responses if one exists to be searched, but the Results Options is not available. Results Options may be the responses to the survey, if the survey only has 1 question, or the Result Options could be the status of the individuals responses, e.g. Completed, Moved, Not Home, etc.
Please assign to Jamie McClelland (PTP) to update the code for the Survey Report.

This improvement to Campaign will add a needed search criteria for Survey Responses Results Option, which is a required field when setting up a new survey.
Currently the Survey Report will display all the results of a survey and only limits the results by geographic area, a particular individual who responded, an interviewer, the name of the survey, and those contacts who have responded or have been interviewed. If a custom profile was created to pull in multiple questions for the survey, the questions will appear on the report for you to select the particular responses you want to display. If you have only one question for the survey and/or use the Survey Responses Results Options to record responses or the status of an individual's response, the Results Options is not available on the report to limit your search.
The Survey Response Results Options is a needed search criteria, not only because it is a required field when setting up the survey, but because it also tracks responses to a question or you can track the status of responses to the survey, e.g. Completed, Moved, Not Home, Wrong Address, etc. The Survey Report is missing a critical search criteria if it displays the custom profile of questions and responses, but does not display the required Results Options as a search criteria.
