Renaming of line items for membership price sets

Renaming of the following line items for membership price sets :

#1 get rid of the Qty and Each columns from the line item in the email receipt
(since we never allow TEXT field for the member price set fields, hence Qty is always = 1)

#2 rename Total to Amount /Fee
(since we are not 'calculating' the product now)

#3 Item should be Membership Type

#4 do the above re-naming for Confirmation and ThankYou pages to keep it consistent.
