Upgrade needs to handle assignment of default On Behalf profile for contribution pages which have On Behalf Organization setting

The 3.4.6 / 4.0.6 upgrade script failed to handle assigning the new reserved On Behalf profile for existing contribution pages with On Behalf or Organization option. This results in the following error when users try to access the online contribution page:

"This contribution page has been configured for contribution on behalf of an organization and the selected onbehalf profile is either disabled or not found."

We need to handle this in the next upgrade (for sites that are upgrading directly to 3.4.7 / 4.0.7).

Workaround is to set the profile via admin screen:

• Manage Contribution Pages
• Configure -> Title and Settings
• Select the pre-configured 'On Behalf of Organization' profile from the Organization Profile dropdown
