Should be able to select premiums when adding new membership

We often need to process offline donations and memberships. In order to charge a credit card that we have from an offline donation you need to find the contact in CiviCRM, go to the Contributions tab, and click "Submit Credit Card Contribution". This feature is wonderful, and it lets you fill out all of the contribution fields, including custom fields and premiums.

In order to process an offline membership you need to go to the Memberships tab and click "Submit Credit Card Membership". This form lets you add a membership and charge a credit card at the same time, but it doesn't let you set the values of any contribution custom fields or select premiums.

It would be very helpful if adding a new membership to a contact had all of the same fields as adding a new contribution, except also including the membership fields.
