Text / Numeric Quantity fields should be allowed in membership price sets for additional contributions and / or discounts

Allow admins to include a Text / Numeric Quantity type price field in a membership price set. This type of field can NOT be linked to a membership type, but can be used for other items in the price set including variable additional contribution amounts and discounts (negative "unit price").
