Contacts data is not merged (lost) if it's associated with a contact subtype

CRM_Dedupe_Merger::findDifferences calls

$mainEvs =& CRM_Core_BAO_CustomValueTable::getEntityValues($mainId);

Because it isn't passing in the contact subtype subtype data isn't being returned to the merge form & it is being lost on merge
