Description
The attached patch allows a user to use a page display from a view as a dashboard Dashlet. With each Page display there is a Yes/No option under Page Settings (ie where path, access and menu are located) that allows a user to tell CiviCRM to give this view as an option in the Dashboard.
The patch has to potential annoyances
1.) It currently defaults to "CiviCRM Access" as the permission for viewing the Dashlet, which currently is not configurable
2.) We're not 100% sure what is gonna happen with arguments the display is expecting as there is no easy way to tack them onto the civicrm url
