We should append profile label to Delete CiviCRM Profile. For e.g. Delete CiviCRM Profile - Name and Address

When you delete a profile in 3.4.7 you get taken to a screen which asks you to confirm that you want to delete a profile. However the screen doesn't tell you which profile you have selected to delete.
